When CBRE Investors invited us to design their offices, it was an opportunity to re-focus the entire business.

As a forward thinking operation they wanted to challenge the way they worked and used space. Our response, rooted firmly in our process of observing the way people work led to a really effective use of the floorplan.

The result was a creative, stimulating environment with a surprise around every corner. We deliberately made the workstation area as small as possible to provoke people to work elsewhere, in a variety of different ways, both formal and less so.
