Knight Frank is a very well established real estate brand that wanted a more contemporary feel for its client-facing areas at 1 Colmore Row in Birmingham.

The ground floor, partially visible to passers-by, was brought to life using high gloss panels in the business’ trademark red and various glass walls, some clear and some translucent.

All staff work open plan, breaking down barriers of communication and encouraging team interaction.

The reception features a media wall which acts as a marketing tool during the day and a point of visible interest outside office hours.
