Kimberly-Clark Europe rolls on
Following on from the successful roll out of Kimberly-Clark's offices in West Malling, Kent, Madrid, Turin, Paris, Ede in Holland and Mainz in Germany. Squaredot have been invited to continue the journey to Prague, Brussels and Brighton.
There is a new tone in the workplace and a new language used by staff that clearly demonstrates a desire to work in a different and more pertinent way that removes discrimination because of rank. Instead there is a developing culture and attitude that supports function by activity.
Use of teleconferencing and audio visual technology has increased fourfold, this increase in virtual relationships and digital experiences is taking the business into a new world of workplace design.
More screens, more support for mobile tools, more places for a quick moment of privacy, more spaces for people to work via technology is driving the greater need for environments to support this behavior. Prague will go live in mid May, Brussels by the end of August and Brighton in Q4 of 2014.
