Savills new office in the heart of Birmingham offers the business a new chapter in its history. On the top floor of the prestigious 55 Colmore Row, the plethora of work settings provides for a dramatic environment delivered with harmonious finishes and materials that evoke the warm welcome that Savills like to afford. Forged with the merging of Savills and Phoenix Beard the 17,000ft2 single floor plate is supporting a variety of different work style types which were identified during a detailed workplace analysis. This evidence led approach allowed the business to truly push itself in terms of how much space was really needed and it helped decide, from an initial list of 4 locations, the preferred building.
