Change matters
This months Facilities Management Journal interviews one of Squaredot?s directors, Kris Krokosz. In the article Kris talks about the importance of developing an enlightened approach to managing change. The benefits and objectives of either a refurbishment or relocation are typically financial, cultural or based on a need to reengineer the business in response to growth or some other change. Whatever is implemented, change is an inevitable fact of modern life. Ensuring the benefits are fully realised is a key success criteria and can be the making of an organisations aspirations. The various complex debates that can take place during a move are further explored in the article which can be found on page 25 of March's edition of Facilities Management Journal.
