CareCo exists to improve people's way of life through mobility solutions, and they wanted a headquarters that reflected that same care back onto their own team.

Squaredot was brought in to design a space that supported employee wellbeing and welfare while encouraging a motivated, positive working culture from day one.
Challenge
CareCo needed more than a functional office, they needed a headquarters that could grow with them, support a dynamic, fast-scaling business, and give every employee a genuine reason to feel good about coming to work. The brief called for a space that put people's wellbeing on equal footing with the company's ambitions.
Approach
We began with an in-depth analysis of CareCo's people, processes and place, identifying the environmental factors and facilities that would meaningfully improve everyday working life. From there, we worked closely with the architectural team on interior planning and building concept, translating that insight into a unique, purpose-built result.
Transformation
The new HQ brings wellbeing into the fabric of the building itself: a full cook café with external seating, break areas and relaxation zones, and showers with dedicated changing rooms. Product display areas inspire staff and visitors alike, and employees now choose from workstations, collaborative zones, quiet rooms and working pods, alongside formal and informal meeting spaces, whatever suits how they work that day.
